Community 101: Support → Growth
One of the benefits of building a community is gaining real time insights into what your customers really need.
There’s a new trend in town where startups are turning their support tickets into growth machines. If you are running a support community, you could do the same thing.
For more details check out this tweet by Greg Isenberg:
i'm starting to see some startups turn their support desks into growth engines and it's pretty cool
how they do it:
they feed support tickets to claude daily, turn them into tweets, case studies, AI video for social, how-to guides, newsletters etc
instead of just scheduling… x.com/i/web/status/1…

Decentraland is hosting their own community music festival
If you’ve been a long time subscriber of my Youtube channel, you’ll remember when I introduced Decentraland as one of the metaverses that I was playing around with.
I love the concept of bringing people together via online worlds. I believe we are still in what I refer to as “fax machine era” for the metaverse, but I definitely see so much potential.
Decentraland is one of the metaverses that I personally have been a fan of for various reasons. I appreciate their values - creating a decentralised platform which empowers the creators, along with their continued resilience to innovate - you don’t need a crypto wallet to join and their recent upgrades offer users higher quality and performance. I do see so much potential as the tech continues to improve.
They are hosting a community music festival this month (which makes a lot of sense to me). They’re also hosting some interesting talks - including this one on digital communities:
I’m curious to see what the “wristband” section looks like in their metaverse for the event. Overall I appreciate people pushing for different online community experiences!
Check out parkour in the metaverse!

Answering your questions
“Is there a 24/7 moderation tool that I can use for my Telegram community with over 10k users globally?”
Yes there is! There are actually many moderation bots out there (for Telegram, Discord etc) - but one of the best ones I’ve seen to date is called Watchdog. I’ve just published a video on Youtube explaining how it works and why I am a fan:
Got a question for me? DM me on Twitter and ask away. Your question may be answered in a future newsletter (and I’ll reply to everyone who asks).
Until next time,
